Micah Parsons is back on the practice field for the first time since tearing his ACL
Green Bay opened Micah Parsons' 21-day practice window Wednesday, 324 days after his ACL tear. He still won't name a date for his first game back.

Micah Parsons is practicing again.
The Green Bay Packers opened the star pass rusher's 21-day practice window Wednesday. It was his first time on the practice field since he tore his ACL last December.
Parsons is still on the physically unable to perform list. The end of the three-week window lines up with Green Bay's Thanksgiving Eve game against the Los Angeles Rams.
No promises yet
Parsons said even his family has been asking whether they should book flights. He told them he is not going to pick a day and risk letting anyone down.
"I gotta stack 20 days and hopefully on that 21st day I feel incredible," he said.
On Wednesday he was limited to individual drills, but he went at full speed. He will not take 11-on-11 reps until next week at the earliest.
"He's been cleared to go full go in regards to what he's doing out there," coach Matt LaFleur said. "Hopefully, he'll be ready to go sooner than later."
A longer road
Parsons was hurt in Week 14 last season against the Denver Broncos, 324 days before Wednesday's practice. He also needed a full repair of both menisci in his knee and spent nearly two months on crutches.
He said his conditioning is probably the worst it has been in his career. He expects that to change quickly.
What to expect
Green Bay acquired Parsons from the Dallas Cowboys just before the 2025 season. In 14 games he had 12.5 sacks and led the NFL with 64 quarterback pressures.
Parsons admitted he may not be the All-Pro version of himself right away. "I think you'll see flashes of All-Pro Micah when I get to pass rush," he said.
