Myles Garrett will return to Rams practice this week after knee surgery
Rams pass rusher Myles Garrett will practice this week for the first time since knee surgery. Sean McVay will not set a timeline for his game return.

Myles Garrett is about to get back on the practice field. The Los Angeles Rams star pass rusher will practice this week, coach Sean McVay said Monday.
Garrett has been on injured reserve since he had arthroscopic knee surgery in mid-September. Opening his practice window starts the clock on his return.
McVay would not say when Garrett might play in a game, though.
'A day at a time'
"I want to be careful to even set any sort of expectations," McVay said. "I think just taking it a day at a time is going to be the best way that we can approach it."
McVay said that approach is the right one for Garrett as the team watches how he responds. "But I think it's a real positive that we're starting his clock," he said.
A rocky start to the season
Garrett played in the Rams' season opener. After that game he said he was not 100% healthy.
He had also missed most of training camp with what McVay called knee irritation.
More help could be on the way
Tight end Terrance Ferguson could also return to practice this week. He has missed the past five games on injured reserve after spraining his ankle in Week 3 against the Denver Broncos.
McVay said it is "looking more likely than not" that the Rams will open Ferguson's practice window.
Cornerback questions
The Rams will take it day by day with cornerbacks Jaylen Watson and Trent McDuffie. Both left Sunday's win with injuries.
McVay said Watson aggravated an earlier right shoulder injury. McDuffie took a knee to his back but "came in feeling better than maybe what we expected."
Los Angeles hosts the Washington Commanders on Sunday.
