Lorena Bobbitt's ex John says Patrick Schwarzenegger should call him before playing him on Hulu
John Wayne Bobbitt says Patrick Schwarzenegger hasn't contacted him about playing him in Hulu's "Good American Family" and offers his police reports.

John Wayne Bobbitt has some advice for the actor set to play him on TV. Give him a call first.
Patrick Schwarzenegger has been cast as John in the second season of Hulu's true crime series "Good American Family." Isabela Merced will play his ex-wife Lorena Bobbitt.
John says he wants his story told the right way. So far, though, he says Patrick has not reached out to him.
An open offer
He wants the show to stick to what really happened. He says he is happy to hand over all of the police reports so the series comes out fair to both sides.
John is also thinking about bringing in an entertainment lawyer to contact the show's producers. He says he "may even send the producers a cease and desist" if he feels they invent a phony version of events.
The case that made headlines
In 1993, Lorena used a kitchen knife to sever John's penis as he was sleeping at the couple's house in Virginia. She claimed he had raped and beaten her during the marriage.
She then drove away and tossed the severed organ out of her car window. Police found it in a field. Doctors were able to reattach it.
Prosecutors went after John for sexual assault within the marriage. Jurors cleared him. He still denies he ever abused Lorena.
Lorena was charged with malicious wounding. Jurors cleared her on grounds of temporary insanity brought on by years of abuse. She spent a short time in a psychiatric facility.
Patrick's camp has not said yet whether he will take John up on the offer.
