Hila Klein is ending her marriage to Ethan Klein. She has filed for divorce weeks after accusing him of cheating.

In her filing Hila says the couple wed on October 10, 2012. She lists October 13, 2026, as the day they separated.

She is requesting joint custody of the pair's 3 children. She also wants spousal support from Ethan and wants him to cover her attorney fees.

Hila also asked the court to give her back her maiden name.

Celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser filed the petition for her.

How it unraveled

The filing follows a long Instagram statement in which Hila said the two had separated because Ethan had been unfaithful.

She wrote that he had been "having an affair for months." She said he first played it down before he eventually admitted to cheating. Describing the fallout she wrote, "I am living in a nightmare I can't wake up from."

The reaction came quickly. Members of the H3 Podcast crew said they would no longer work with Ethan and publicly backed Hila.

The show goes dark

Ethan asked fans to respect his family's privacy. He also said he would step away from his podcasts so all of the money they bring in would go to the crew.

The H3 Podcast has since gone on an indefinite break.
