Keegan Allen of Pretty Little Liars bloodied in armed West Hollywood robbery

Actor Keegan Allen was attacked and robbed Thursday night in West Hollywood. The "Pretty Little Liars" star later showed his injured face to followers.

What deputies say

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department says two men dressed in black approached Allen on Santa Monica Boulevard. One pointed a handgun at him while the other held a knife. They demanded his watch and bracelet.

According to deputies, the man with the gun then hit Allen in the face with it. The pair grabbed his watch and drove off in a vehicle that has not been identified.

Paramedics treated Allen at the scene for a cut on his head. He was not taken to a hospital. Reports on the Citizen app said the stolen watch was a Rolex.

Allen speaks out

In a video posted to Instagram, Allen said the attack happened outside the upscale grocery store Laurel Supply. Blood runs down his face and onto his clothing in the clip.

He said the masked attackers threatened to kill him and that he believes he is lucky to be alive. Allen also said he no longer feels safe in West Hollywood. He posted security camera footage that appears to show the suspects outside the store.
