Keyone Jenkins throws the winning touchdown in double overtime as UCF knocks off No. 2 BYU 39-31
Keyone Jenkins threw three touchdown passes and UCF stopped BYU on fourth down in the second overtime for the first top-5 win in school history.

Another unbeaten team is gone. Keyone Jenkins threw a short touchdown pass to tight end Grayson Brousseau in the second overtime and UCF beat No. 2 BYU 39-31 in Orlando on Saturday.
Jenkins also threw the two-point conversion to Tyren Hornes after the touchdown. That forced BYU to score a touchdown and a two-point try of its own just to reach a third overtime.
The Cougars drove to the UCF 4-yard line. Bear Bachmeier's fourth-down pass to Walker Lyons fell incomplete and the Knights had the first win over a top-5 team in school history.
A wild end to regulation
UCF nearly won it before overtime. Jenkins lost the ball on a play that was first ruled a sack. Replay overturned it to an incomplete pass and BYU was also called for unsportsmanlike conduct.
That moved the Knights into field goal range. BYU blocked Will Stone's 47-yard attempt to send the game to overtime tied at 24.
Bachmeier hit Legend Glasker for a 28-yard touchdown on the first possession of overtime. Jenkins answered with a 25-yard scoring pass to Josh Derry.
The numbers
Jenkins completed 25 of 41 passes for 293 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions. He also ran for a score. Hornes caught six passes for 137 yards.
Bachmeier threw for 257 yards and two touchdowns. Kyler Kasper had six catches for 129 yards for BYU.
A season of upsets
BYU had beaten then-No. 2 Notre Dame a week earlier. The Cougars fall to 6-1 and 3-1 in the Big 12. UCF improves to 4-3 and 2-2 in conference play.
