Stefon Diggs pushes back on claim he had a concierge beaten over his missing Ferrari
In new court filings Commanders receiver Stefon Diggs says the man suing him for defamation has no proof Diggs directed a December 2025 assault on him.

Stefon Diggs is fighting back against a man who says the NFL star had him attacked over a stolen Ferrari.
What Diggs says in court
In court papers filed recently the Washington Commanders wide receiver argues that Nigel King has offered no evidence that Diggs told anyone to assault him on December 4, 2025. King is suing Diggs for defamation.
Diggs also denies that anything he said about King was defamatory. He is asking the court to throw out several of the claims and to make King cover part of the legal fees Diggs has run up so far.
King's side of the story
King says he works as a concierge for wealthy clients and that Diggs was one of them. King claims Diggs brought him on to manage trips and similar errands. One of those jobs was getting the receiver's Ferrari moved from Miami up to New York back in July 2024.
King says other people stole the luxury car. He claims Diggs blamed him anyway even though he was never charged, cited or named as a suspect. He also accuses Diggs of telling people that he was behind the theft.
King's suit names Diggs, his brother Darez Diggs and others. King claims associates of the receiver attacked him at Tootsie's Cabaret in Florida and he believes they acted on Diggs' orders.
A separate case
Diggs is fighting a second suit too. Christopher Griffith, a man who was once his friend, accuses him of sexual assault. Diggs denies it and says Griffith invented the story after he was caught trying to steal property. Griffith denies doing anything wrong. No one has been charged in either matter.
