Paris Jackson is taking her fight with her late father's estate back to court. She wants a judge to make the estate move a huge pile of money into the trust set up for Michael Jackson's children.

In new papers filed last week, Paris claims the estate has never fully paid into the trust since the King of Pop died in 2009. By her count, no less than $600 million could be paid out right now.

The trust covers Paris and her brothers Prince and Bigi. Under its terms the kids were supposed to start collecting income at 21 and begin getting the principal at 30, according to reports. Prince has turned 29, Bigi is 24 and Paris herself is 28.

Her claims against Branca

Paris accuses estate executor John Branca of using payouts as a tool. She says he holds back money to "deter them from checking his abuses" and hands out "lesser amounts" instead.

She also points to a 2011 court filing in which the estate said it would bring a "separate Petition for Preliminary Distribution." According to Paris, that request never came.

Paris says she has been battling the estate for about a year. She claims she has faced retaliation for speaking up.

The estate fires back

A representative for the estate pushed back hard. The rep said the estate has been tied up with the IRS, which went after $700 million. The estate managed to get that number cut down, but the matter is still not fully resolved.

The rep called the claim that money is being held back "a complete fabrication." The rep added that more than $200 million has already gone out and that no distributions are planned until all three kids are in their 30s.

Estate attorney Jonathan Steinsapir accused Paris of "abusing the courts."

A rep for Paris answered that "the Estate is once again deflecting from its own incompetence."

Paris has clashed with the estate before. She earlier took aim at how it handled reshoots for the Michael Jackson biopic.
