Olivia d'Abo asks a court to keep her neighbor away after a fight over trash bins
Wonder Years actress Olivia d'Abo wants a civil harassment restraining order. She claims a neighbor kept blocking her driveway with garbage bins.

Olivia d'Abo says a running feud over garbage bins has left her afraid in her own home. "The Wonder Years" actress has gone to court to ask for protection from the man next door.
Bins across the driveway
According to court filings, Olivia says the trouble started in June. She believes her neighbor has been dragging her trash cans off the curb and parking them partway up her driveway.
She says the bins were lined up so she could not drive out. That meant stopping, climbing out of her car and clearing the way herself.
The injury
Olivia claims that on August 26 she was shifting one of the bins when it toppled. She says the lid struck her face and sent her to the ground.
According to the filing, she was left with a deep cut on her face. She says her neck, back, arm and leg were hurt as well. Her fiancé called 911.
Caught on camera
Olivia says she later came to believe her neighbor was probably the one moving the bins. She put up a security camera.
She claims it took less than an hour for the camera to record him pulling the cans from the street and setting them across her driveway. She says the footage shows him doing it on several occasions.
Calls and emails
The actress says the neighbor has also started phoning and emailing her. She says she no longer feels safe at home.
She is asking a judge for a civil harassment restraining order. The neighbor has not been charged with any crime and his side of the story is not known.
