Ohio State visits unbeaten Indiana in a top-five showdown that leads a loaded college football Saturday
No. 4 Ohio State plays at No. 5 Indiana at 11 a.m. Central to open a Saturday with six ranked matchups, including Alabama at Tennessee and Notre Dame at BYU.

The biggest game of a packed college football Saturday kicks off before lunch.
No. 4 Ohio State (5-1) visits No. 5 Indiana (6-0) at 11 a.m. Central at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana. It is a rematch of last season's Big Ten championship game, which Indiana won with quarterback Fernando Mendoza. Both teams are still unbeaten in conference play, so one of them will leave with its first Big Ten loss.
Two quarterbacks under the spotlight
Ohio State's Julian Sayin, in his second year as the starter, has thrown for 1,772 yards and 17 touchdowns while completing 71.2% of his passes. He also has receiver Jeremiah Smith, the early favorite in the Heisman Trophy race.
"He was one of the Heisman Trophy candidates last season," Indiana coach Curt Cignetti said of Sayin. "Now he's a year older. And, you know, he can get rid of it real fast and accurately with a lot of zip on it."
Indiana has won 22 games in a row. Its quarterback Josh Hoover, a transfer, is 6-0 as the Hoosiers' starter. He has completed 68.2% of his passes for 1,364 yards with 17 touchdowns and no interceptions. He also leads all active college players in career passing yards. His top targets are Charlie Becker (30 catches for 529 yards and eight touchdowns) and Nick Marsh (29 catches for 528 yards and six touchdowns). They face an Ohio State secondary that has allowed the fewest yards per pass in the country.
"We've already been in a couple of these environments," Ohio State coach Ryan Day said. "This is where quarterbacks have to be tough."
Six ranked matchups
The Big Ten clash is one of six games between ranked teams on Saturday. No. 16 Mississippi State visits No. 22 LSU at 11 a.m. Central. In the afternoon No. 6 Alabama (5-1) plays at No. 14 Tennessee (5-1) at 2:30 p.m. while No. 13 Missouri (5-1) visits No. 9 Ole Miss (4-1) at the same time.
The night slate is headlined by No. 2 Notre Dame (6-0) at No. 8 BYU (5-0) at 6:30 p.m. Central in Provo, Utah, where College GameDay is set up for the day. No. 18 Oklahoma State visits No. 20 Houston at 6:30 p.m. as well.
The rest of the top 10
No. 1 Georgia (6-0) hosts Auburn at 2:30 p.m. No. 3 Miami (5-0) hosts rival Florida State at 6 p.m. No. 7 Texas hosts Florida at 11 a.m. and No. 10 Texas Tech hosts Arizona State at 2:30 p.m. The day ends late with No. 11 Utah at Colorado at 9:15 p.m. Central.
