Kai Havertz scores the winner as Arsenal beat Liverpool 1-0 for their first win at Anfield since 2012
Kai Havertz scored as Arsenal won 1-0 at Liverpool to go three points clear at the top. The goal made him the top German scorer in Premier League history.

Arsenal finally broke their Anfield curse. Kai Havertz scored in the 16th minute on Sunday as the Gunners beat Liverpool 1-0 for their first win there since 2012.
The result moved Arsenal three points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
It was quite a bounce back. Days earlier Arsenal were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by League Two side Fleetwood Town.
Holding on
Liverpool threw everything forward after falling behind. Arsenal stayed calm in a more controlled second half. Florian Wirtz hit the bar for the Reds.
In the end Liverpool did not put a single shot on target. That had never happened to them in a Premier League home game.
Arsenal had lost eight of their previous 13 league trips to Anfield. They had kept just one clean sheet in 27 visits.
"[They are] just loving the mission," manager Mikel Arteta said. "And the mission was something that we didn't accomplish in 14 years."
"It can take you to really bad places, but four days later you have the opportunity to do something really historic and we've done it," he added.
A record for Havertz
The goal was Havertz's 46th in the Premier League. That makes him the top German scorer in league history, passing former Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
He scored 19 of those goals for Chelsea and has 27 for Arsenal. The strike also ended a nine-game scoreless run for him in all competitions.
