Mikel Arteta says the signs on Bukayo Saka's quad injury are 'not good' as Arsenal wait on scans
Saka limped off in Arsenal's 2-2 draw with Bayern Munich and was set for an MRI. Teen Max Dowman could get minutes against Everton.

Arsenal are bracing for possible bad news on Bukayo Saka. Manager Mikel Arteta said Friday that the early signs on the winger's quad injury are "not good."
Saka got hurt in Arsenal's 2-2 Champions League draw with Bayern Munich this week. He was set for an MRI on Friday afternoon.
"He's got quite a lot of fluid in the area, so it was difficult to understand the extent of the injury, but we will probably know more tomorrow," Arteta said.
'Let's be a little bit patient'
Arteta said the club needs more scans and opinions from specialists before it knows how long Saka will be out.
"Obviously when a player has to walk off the pitch, he is struggling to walk without any pain, his movement is restricted, they are not good signs," he said. "So, again, let's be a little bit patient so we can get a definitive assessment."
The 25-year-old has dealt with injuries before. Arteta said he is not worried about Saka's long-term durability but that Arsenal must think hard about how to manage his workload when he returns.
A door opens for a teenager
Saka is not expected to face Everton on Saturday. That could mean a chance for Max Dowman, who in March became the youngest goal scorer in Premier League history at 16 years and 73 days. That late winner came against Everton in a 2-0 win at the Emirates.
Dowman has made only three appearances this season. "Every time he's got a moment to play, he is showing that he is a player who is going to impact the game, so for sure he is going to have minutes," Arteta said.
