A Kacey Musgraves tour bus driver stops to help after a pickup flips in Arizona
One of Kacey Musgraves' tour bus drivers pulled over to help a man whose pickup rolled near Kingman and stayed with him until paramedics showed up.

A driver from Kacey Musgraves' touring crew turned into a roadside helper on Friday after a pickup truck flipped on an Arizona highway.
The crash
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said troopers were sent to a rollover involving a Toyota Tundra at about 12:15 PM. It happened on southbound U.S. 93 a short distance outside Kingman. People who saw it said the truck drifted off the pavement and turned over.
A helper with experience
One of the drivers of Musgraves' tour buses pulled off to check on the man. He stayed by his side until medics got there. Officials said the bus driver used to be a firefighter and helped get the man out of the truck.
The man's wife had been driving behind him in a separate car with the family dog. The dog came through fine.
According to officials, the man was awake and talking after the wreck. He went to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The tour rolls on
Musgraves was not riding on that bus when it stopped, according to people close to her. Her tour is going ahead as planned. She is due onstage in Phoenix Saturday. That is why her buses were rolling along that highway in the first place.
Her representatives have not responded to a request for comment.
