Eva Marcille's Atlanta homeowners association sues her over yard and parking violations
The HOA for Eva Marcille's $1.8 million Atlanta mansion is seeking more than $22,000 in fines and an order forcing her to fix alleged maintenance violations.

Eva Marcille, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, faces a civil complaint from the association that runs the neighborhood around her Atlanta mansion. Neighbors' board says she blew off repeated upkeep notices.
What the HOA alleges
Filings put the five-bedroom five-bath home at roughly $1.8 million. Cited problems reportedly include untreated weeds, an unmowed lawn, dead cars in the drive, expired tags and trash bins left where the public can see them.
The board says she had time to fix each item and did not.
What the association wants
More than $22,000 in back assessments and fines is on the table. The group also wants a court order forcing a cleanup and ongoing compliance with the rules.
Marcille has not yet filed a response.
