Como hit Lens for nine to tie a Champions League record in Cesc Fabregas' debut European run
Tasos Douvikas scored a hat trick and Nico Paz starred as Como won 9-1 at Lens, tying the Champions League record for goals by one team in a game.

Como are making history in their first season in Europe.
Cesc Fabregas' side won 9-1 at Lens in the Champions League on Wednesday. The nine goals tied Bayern Munich's record for the most by one team in a game and set a new mark for an away side.
The eight-goal margin also matched the competition record, shared by Liverpool's 8-0 win over Besiktas in 2007 and Real Madrid's 8-0 win over Malmo in 2015.
Douvikas leads the way
Tasos Douvikas scored three times, in the 7th, 32nd and 57th minutes. He became just the third Greek international with a Champions League hat trick and has scored in all four of Como's games in the competition.
Nico Paz made it 3-0 with a fierce left-footed shot in the 40th minute. He held up a shirt honoring Jesus de Miguel, a Tenerife striker who died after an on-field collision, then set up two more goals.
Lucas Da Cunha, Marc-Oliver Kempf, Mattia Liberali, Martin Baturina and 18-year-old Matteo Papaccioli also scored. Ruben Aguilar got the lone goal for Lens.
Climbing the table
The win lifted Como to fourth in the league phase. They have 19 goals in four games, one behind two-time defending champions Paris Saint-Germain.
It is the first time the club from the lakeside resort town has played in any UEFA competition. Como had already beaten RB Leipzig and Manchester United 4-1 at home.
Big week ahead
Como are also fourth in Serie A with 23 points, five behind leaders Lazio. They host second-place Inter on Sunday.
