Lamine Yamal passes Kylian Mbappe for the most Champions League goals by a teenager

Lamine Yamal keeps rewriting the Champions League record book.
The Barcelona star scored in Tuesday's 3-0 win over Aston Villa. It was his 14th goal in the competition.
That is the most ever by a teenager. Yamal, 19, passed Kylian Mbappe, who had 13 goals as a teen.
An early strike
Yamal pounced on a Villa mistake in the seventh minute at Camp Nou. He bent the ball past goalkeeper Zion Suzuki for the opener.
Raphinha added two more goals as the Spanish champions took control.
It was Villa's first loss of the league phase. Barcelona moved up to second in the table for now.
A growing list of records
Yamal has scored his 14 goals in just 37 Champions League games.
He is still the youngest player ever to start a Champions League game. He was 16 years and 83 days old when he started against Porto.
He also holds marks as the youngest to score and assist in the same game and the youngest to score in a semifinal.
Off to a flying start
Yamal finished third in the Ballon d'Or voting last week behind Harry Kane and Mbappe.
He has been even better this season. He has 13 goals and 11 assists in 15 games across all competitions.
Mbappe, now with Real Madrid, has 72 career goals in the competition.
