Nicolò Tresoldi's hat-trick lifts Club Brugge to a stunning 4-3 win at Inter
Nicolò Tresoldi scored three times as Club Brugge beat Inter 4-3 at San Siro leaving the Italian club still without a Champions League point.

Club Brugge stunned Inter at San Siro on Tuesday night.
The Belgian side won 4-3 in the Champions League. Nicolò Tresoldi scored the first three goals. Romeo Vermant added a late fourth. Lautaro Martínez scored twice for Inter and Ange-Yoan Bonny pulled one back in stoppage time.
Tresoldi takes over
Tresoldi is a 22-year-old forward born in Italy who plays for Germany's under-21 team. He opened the scoring from the penalty spot just before the half-hour mark after Hakan Çalhanoğlu fouled Carlos Forbs.
His second goal came after a mistake by Inter goalkeeper Josep Martínez. He finished his hat-trick with about 15 minutes left when he reacted faster than the Inter defense.
Inter fight back and fall short
Lautaro Martínez gave Inter hope just before halftime after a move started by Marcus Thuram and finished with a Federico Dimarco back-heel assist. Martínez scored again in the 81st minute to make it 3-2.
Vermant answered in the 87th minute. Bonny's stoppage-time goal was not enough.
What it means
Inter are still on zero points after also losing their opener 2-1 at Real Madrid. They host Shakhtar Donetsk next. Brugge lost at home to Aston Villa on matchday one and will host Lens next.
