Zion Williamson scores nine in overtime as the Pelicans hand the Grizzlies their first loss 135-134
Zion Williamson scored 25 points and Jeremiah Fears hit the winning free throws as New Orleans ended Memphis' 6-0 start despite 40 points from Ty Jerome.

The NBA no longer has an unbeaten team.
Zion Williamson scored 25 points Monday night with nine of them in overtime. Jeremiah Fears then hit two free throws with 7.3 seconds left as the New Orleans Pelicans beat the Memphis Grizzlies 135-134.
Memphis had opened the season 6-0. That matched the best start in franchise history.
Jerome's huge night falls short
Ty Jerome scored 40 points for the Grizzlies.
He scored nine straight Memphis points in the final 1:43 of regulation to force overtime at 124-124.
He had a chance to win it at the end of the extra period. His 15-footer at the buzzer missed.
New Orleans spreads it around
Karlo Matkovic scored a career-high 25 points to match Williamson. Rookie Derik Queen added 20.
Queen had 18 of those points in the first half as the Pelicans built an early lead.
New Orleans led 100-95 after three quarters. It was only the second time this season Memphis had trailed going into the fourth.
The Pelicans won without starting guard Dejounte Murray, who missed his third game for personal reasons. Yves Missi and Jordan Poole were out with injuries.
Tempers flare
Cameron Boozer scored 18 for Memphis. Jaylen Wells added 16.
After the final horn, players from both teams got into a shouting match at midcourt. They had to be separated.
The win was the Pelicans' third in a row.
