Tony Shalhoub is trending after the Monk and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star stepped out in New York with his daughter Josie Adams to promote a book they wrote together.
The pair were photographed on Oct. 27 on their tour for We Thought They'd Never Leave: Musings on Food and Family in New York, People reported in its daily roundup of celebrity sightings.
The book mixes stories about family life with food, a subject close to Shalhoub, who has long talked about growing up in a large Lebanese American family in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
A family project
Josie Adams is one of Shalhoub's two daughters with actress Brooke Adams. Father and daughter have been doing interviews together to talk about the book and their time cooking and eating together in New York.
Shalhoub won three Emmys for playing detective Adrian Monk and another for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. He also won a Tony Award for The Band's Visit.
Out and about
Shalhoub's New York outing was one of several celebrity sightings this week, alongside Demi Lovato and Billie Eilish at Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles.
