Sky Daily denies being a Scientologist as Clearwater police insist the Hayden Hitt case is still open
Hulk Hogan's widow Sky Daily says she left Scientology long ago as Clearwater police deny they quietly closed a report tied to her son Hayden Hitt.

Hulk Hogan's widow Sky Daily is pushing back hard on claims that she is a Scientologist. At the same time police in Clearwater, Florida, say they never shut down an investigation tied to her family.
In a video she shared on social media over the weekend, Daily said she has been a Christian for years. She explained that she was raised in Scientology but walked away from the church long ago after she stopped believing in it.
She blamed the lingering rumors on an anti-Scientology activist she calls her "stalker." She says he has pressed her for years to work with him on a project. She did not name him and said anyone spreading the talk is just helping him out.
Daily also said the school her son Hayden Hitt attends has no Scientology links. She said she picked a non-traditional program so he could train to become an electrician.
Police say the case is not closed
Her name came up again after two women filed lawsuits against her and Hitt. Both suits center on a house party on March 28.
One woman, listed as Jane Doe, says she went to police but claims the department dropped the matter fast because of Daily's alleged standing in the church. That suit also accuses Hitt of turning violent with her and claims Daily talked her into forgiving him.
The department rejected that in a statement Saturday. The department said its probe began in March and the file went to prosecutors in the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney's Office, who will decide on charges.
"The case is not closed; media reports indicating that are inaccurate," the department said.
What the lawsuits claim
Both suits claim Daily provided alcohol for the gathering while she was away at a Real American Wrestling event.
The second woman, listed as Jane B. Doe, says Hitt promoted her in a group chat with a crude label. She claims he then staged an "auction" in his kitchen to offer her for sex while she was incapacitated.
She alleges a minor, named in the case only as John B. Doe, raped her for "several hours" while Hitt stood watch at the door. She says she suffered serious physical injuries.
Jane Doe says Hitt attacked her at least once. She claims Daily kicked her out of the home where she was living after she contacted police.
Jane Doe is suing Hitt for battery and Daily over a civil claim tied to criminal practices. Her suit also seeks damages from the mother and son together over the distress she says it caused.
Jane B. Doe is suing Daily and Hitt for negligence. Her claims against John B. Doe include sexual assault plus battery and deliberately causing her distress. She also names his parents, saying they did not keep proper watch over him.
Daily has not responded to requests for comment on the lawsuits.
