Guest sues Six Flags Magic Mountain over alleged CraZanity harness injury
Simon Kasawa says a CraZanity operator dropped the harness before he was seated. His suit seeks damages for negligence and product liability.

Six Flags Magic Mountain faces a new injury claim tied to its CraZanity ride.
A lawsuit filed by Simon Kasawa says a ride operator at the Valencia park activated the mechanical harness without warning him first.
What the complaint alleges
Kasawa says he was not fully seated when the harness came down and that the impact left him badly hurt. His complaint lists negligence plus product liability and asks for damages without naming a dollar figure.
The claims are allegations in a civil filing. Nothing has been proven in court and Six Flags has not publicly answered the suit in the available reports.
A park already in the headlines
The Valencia park recently closed a wrongful death case tied to Christopher Hawley who died after riding X2 years earlier.
The filing also lands while Six Flags Over Georgia is under scrutiny after Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem died Monday when he fell from the Goliath coaster. That Georgia incident remains under investigation and is separate from the California suit.
