Both fighters are set for Saturday night in Las Vegas.

Sebastian Fundora weighed 152.8 pounds and Ermal Hadribeaj 152.4 at Friday's official weigh-in. Both were under the 154-pound limit for Fundora's WBC super welterweight title.

The champion

Fundora (24-1-1 with 16 knockouts) is 28 and stands 6-foot-6. The southpaw is making his fourth defense of the title. His last fight was a sixth-round technical knockout of former unified champion Keith Thurman on March 28.

"I'm very comfortable making weight," he said Thursday. "I ate breakfast today."

The challenger

Hadribeaj (23-0-1 with 8 knockouts) is 32. He earned his mandatory shot with a unanimous decision over Bakary Samake in Germany. A win would make him the first world boxing champion from Albania.

What comes next

A win would move Fundora closer to a possible unification fight with the winner of Jaron "Boots" Ennis against Josh Kelly.

The card at The Cosmopolitan airs on TNT and truTV in the US starting at 7 p.m. Central. The co-main event is Brandon Figueroa against Tomoki Kameda after Figueroa lost his WBA belt on the scale.
