Savannah Chrisley fights to keep her guardianship records out of a lawsuit over Grayson's crash
Savannah Chrisley wants a protective order against a request for her guardianship records in the lawsuit over brother Grayson Chrisley's 2022 crash.

Savannah Chrisley wants a judge to step in as a lawsuit over her younger brother's 2022 crash heats up.
Court filings show she is pushing back on a demand that she hand over papers tied to her becoming Grayson Chrisley's guardian. That arrangement was set up before their parents, Todd and Julie, went to prison.
Who wants the files
The request came from Patrick Rykwalder. He is suing Grayson and says the young man was careless when his pickup slammed into Patrick's car.
Patrick seems to think the guardianship papers could hold details that matter to his case. Savannah wants a protective order that puts limits on what he can review, most of all any sealed records.
Todd is fighting too
She is not the only Chrisley digging in. Todd is working to keep Patrick from viewing the drug and alcohol tests Grayson took shortly after the wreck.
Patrick says Todd talked up getting Grayson tested on his podcast months later. He argues that means he should be allowed to see the results. Todd disagrees.
