Jason Galanis' brother doubts he has changed since marrying Savannah Chrisley
Derek Galanis says he does not trust that his brother Jason has changed and wonders whether his marriage to Savannah Chrisley comes with an angle.

Savannah Chrisley and Jason Galanis look happy together. His estranged brother is not convinced the romance is what it appears to be.
Derek Galanis sat down for an interview on Thursday and was asked why he suspects his brother could be working an angle in the marriage. His answer was blunt. He believes Jason has always been a con man and says he sees no sign that has changed.
A family history
Derek knows the subject well. He wrote a book called "Greed and Fear: The Galanis Crime Family" about his relatives.
He points to Jason's guilty plea to seven charges tied to two separate fraud schemes. As far as Derek is concerned that record speaks for itself.
According to Derek both Jason and their father John Galanis have spent their lives scamming people. He says he has no reason to think the years Jason spent behind bars made any difference.
A baby on the way
Savannah and Jason are not only married. They are also expecting their first child soon.
Derek was asked how he feels about that. He says he hopes becoming a father pushes Jason to finally turn his life around. He just does not believe it has happened yet.
What else came up
The conversation also touched on whether Derek would like a place in the couple's wedding plans. He also weighed in on how Jason's prison sentence came to be commuted.
