Rodney Muñoz, the man who dressed Jimmy Kimmel for decades, has died at 60
Jimmy Kimmel paid tribute Friday to Rodney Muñoz, his longtime costume designer at ABC, calling him a talented and generous friend.

Rodney Muñoz spent close to a quarter century picking out what Jimmy Kimmel wore on camera. Kimmel shared the news of his death on Friday.
Muñoz was 60. How and why he died has not been made public.
Kimmel remembers a friend
In a post on social media the late-night host described Muñoz as a dear friend with a gruff surface that covered a big heart. He also praised him as a skilled baker plus a loyal son, brother and uncle who helped many people through hard times.
Kimmel added a joke his old wardrobe chief would likely have enjoyed: "No man saw me in my underpants more."
A long run in late night
Muñoz worked as a costume designer for ABC Studios for almost 24 years. Before joining Kimmel's team he created looks for David Letterman's CBS talk show.
He also dressed Kimmel for his turns hosting the Oscars. Earlier in his career he handled wardrobe on the stunt show "Fear Factor."
