The Raiders have no plans to trade Maxx Crosby and the star pass rusher wants to stay in Las Vegas
Las Vegas has had no trade talks about Maxx Crosby this season and the five-time Pro Bowl defensive end wants to finish his career as a Raider.

A year ago Maxx Crosby was one of the biggest names on the NFL trade market. This time around he is not going anywhere.
The Las Vegas Raiders have no plans to trade their star defensive end before the Nov. 10 deadline, league sources said this weekend. The team has not discussed a Crosby deal with any other club this season.
Crosby does not want to leave either. One source said the five-time Pro Bowler "absolutely does not want to leave Las Vegas under any circumstances" and hopes to be a Raider for life.
A deal that fell apart
That is a big change from last season, when Crosby openly wondered about his future with the team.
The Raiders did agree to move him in the offseason. Baltimore sent two first-round picks to Las Vegas for Crosby, but the trade was wiped out when he failed his physical with the Ravens.
Teams can still call before the deadline. Those calls have not come yet. If they do, they are not expected to change the Raiders' mind.
Cousins stays at quarterback
Kirk Cousins is also staying put as the starting quarterback. Las Vegas does not blame him for its slide after a 3-0 start.
Cousins leads the NFL with 16 touchdown passes. He has 1,817 passing yards and only five interceptions through seven games.
The Raiders want a veteran leading them through a tough stretch. After Sunday they visit the 49ers, host the Seahawks then play at Denver and at Cleveland before a bye in Week 13.
No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza could get a look after the bye. For now the plan is to keep Cousins in the lineup.
Las Vegas is 3-4 and plays the New York Jets in New Jersey on Sunday. A win would give the Raiders a .500 record in November for the first time since 2020.
