Kim Delaney calls off her divorce after patching things up with husband James Morgan

"NYPD Blue" star Kim Delaney is giving her marriage to James Morgan another try, only months after she went to court seeking protection from him.

Divorce on hold for good

According to court documents the actress has asked to dismiss her divorce case. Her lawyer told the judge the couple have reconciled.

A rocky few years

The reunion follows a long stretch of trouble between the two. In July Morgan was arrested at LAX for public intoxication after he reportedly got into a dispute with Delaney and a flight attendant.

Back in 2025 police took both of them into custody over an alleged domestic violence incident. Prosecutors did not file charges against either one.

Several months later Delaney asked a New Jersey court for a restraining order against Morgan and it was granted. She now appears ready to put all of that behind her.
