Kai Cenat is done letting his former streaming partner talk about him online. The star's lawyers have sent Reggie Travers a formal demand to stop.

What the letter says

The cease-and-desist is dated October 2 and comes from Kai's legal team. It accuses Reggie of posting videos filled with false and misleading claims about the streamer.

The lawyers flatly reject any suggestion that Kai has ever been involved in pedophilia. They also deny that he ever traded sex for helping someone build a platform. They call both claims "categorically false."

The letter says Reggie has never offered any evidence to support what he said online. It also accuses him of threatening to hurt Kai or people connected to him. According to the letter, those threats left staff worried about their safety and disrupted the business.

Kai is demanding that every video with the disputed statements come down.

Reggie says he will fight

On the same day the letter surfaced, Reggie shared what he said were court papers Kai had filed against him. The documents appear to be a petition for a temporary restraining order.

Reggie said he is prepared to take the fight to court.

How the feud started

The two fell out after Reggie claimed Kai had groomed Rakai, a 17-year-old streamer. Rakai and Reggie were both part of the Clover Boys streaming group.

Kai pushed back hard on the claim and hinted that he might take legal action. Rakai also denied it.

Kai has not commented on the letter.
