Mia Goth files for divorce from Shia LaBeouf and asks for primary custody of their daughter
The actress cited irreconcilable differences and listed a July 2025 separation date in her Los Angeles filing.

Mia Goth has filed to end her marriage to Shia LaBeouf.
According to court documents described in reports, the actress filed Tuesday night, citing irreconcilable differences and listing July 28, 2025, as the date the couple separated.
Custody and support
Goth is asking for primary legal and physical custody of the couple's 4-year-old daughter, Isabel. She also asked the court to end its ability to award spousal support to either of them.
A long estrangement
The filing was not a surprise to those following the couple, who had reportedly been estranged for some time. LaBeouf bought a home in New Orleans after the split. In February he was arrested after a fight during Mardi Gras and later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery, according to reports.
LaBeouf has since been seen with a new girlfriend. Neither he nor Goth had commented publicly on the filing as of Wednesday.
