Hailey Bieber reveals a hormone disorder made life after baby Jack much harder than fans knew
Hailey Bieber says she struggled with premenstrual dysphoric disorder after giving birth to her son Jack Blues. Talking about it helps her feel less alone.

Hailey Bieber is getting candid about one of the hardest stretches of her life.
The Rhode founder says she dealt with premenstrual dysphoric disorder after she and Justin Bieber welcomed their son Jack Blues.
"After I had my son, I struggled with that a bit," she said in a recent interview. She noted that "there's just not a lot of conversation or research around it."
What PMDD does
The condition can trigger intense mood swings. Some people feel hopeless while others deal with anxiety or anger.
Hailey says talking openly about it has helped her. "Conversation, for me personally, makes me feel less alone," she explained.
She went on to say that relating to others who face the same struggles "makes it feel like less of a lonely journey."
A surprise pregnancy
Jack arrived in August 2024. Hailey has said his arrival was unexpected because of another health issue.
Back in March 2026 she shared during a podcast chat that a uterine septum affects her. The condition carries a higher risk of miscarriage and infertility.
She was worried at first about the pregnancy. In the end she delivered a healthy baby boy, though her recovery afterward was clearly tough.
