Frontier crew member grapples with frustrated flier as stuck jet bridge keeps plane closed in Atlanta
A passenger video shows a male flight attendant locked in a struggle with a woman near the exit door after a New Orleans flight reached Atlanta.

A trip from New Orleans to Atlanta ended with a shoving match at the front of a Frontier Airlines cabin. Someone on board recorded the moment.
What the video shows
In the clip, a crowd of travelers is bunched up near the exit door. A male flight attendant has his arms wrapped tightly around a woman as the two struggle for several seconds. He then pushes her away from him.
The woman can be heard yelling at the crew, demanding that they open the door so she can get off. Whoever posted the footage wrote that passengers were kept on the plane for an hour without air.
The airline's account
Frontier says flight 2052 had reached its Atlanta gate on October 6 when the trouble started. People had started to leave when a mechanical problem knocked the jet bridge out of line with the cabin door. That kept everyone else from getting off until maintenance workers could fix it.
According to the carrier, crew members gave updates over the intercom while they waited. The airline says the repair took 27 minutes, after which the bridge was hooked back up and the rest of the passengers walked off.
Frontier apologized for the discomfort travelers went through and says it is still gathering more information about what happened.
