Former RHOP cast member Mia Thornton now faces a felony theft count tied to missing furniture
Georgia prosecutors filed a felony charge against the reality star over a TV and furnishings reportedly taken from a rented condo in 2025.

Mia Thornton could be looking at time behind bars. Prosecutors in Georgia have formally charged the former "Real Housewives of Potomac" personality with a felony.
What the filing says
Court records show the Fulton County District Attorney's office charged Thornton with theft by taking. The count grows out of her arrest last year.
Prosecutors allege Thornton and a man identified as Jared McGriff took a television along with several pieces of furniture on October 28, 2025. The filing puts the value somewhere between $5,000 and $25,000.
According to the documents, the items went missing as the pair cleared out of a furnished condo they had been renting. The move reportedly happened overnight.
The airport arrest
Thornton was taken into custody at the Atlanta airport in November 2025, roughly two weeks after the alleged theft. Video of that arrest has since circulated online.
After she was booked, Thornton posted on social media that she was working to stay "grounded" through the turmoil.
She has not been convicted of any crime. The case is still pending.
Her time on the show
Thornton appeared on the Bravo series for four seasons, from Season 6 through Season 9. Her stretch on the franchise came with no shortage of conflict, both on screen and away from the cameras.
