David Eason's newest romance has already run its course.

The ex-"Teen Mom" personality and Madi B decided to go their separate ways over the weekend, according to reports. The two had been an item for a little more than a month.

People close to the situation say there was no big blowup. The pair came to see that they were headed in somewhat different directions in life.

No hard feelings

Sources say the decision was a joint one. Both of them hope to hold on to the friendship they built while they were together.

David is said to have only kind words for Madi. He reportedly calls her a sweet woman with a big heart who looks out for those she loves.

He also does not want fans to blame her for the split or assume she was at fault.

A quick romance

The couple got together on September 19. They went public soon after when David posted a picture of the two of them out on a boat in North Carolina.

That relationship came after his very public breakup with ex-wife Jenelle Evans. The former couple share a daughter named Ensley.

About that neck tattoo

David also set the record straight on the ink fans spotted on his neck. Sources say it is not real.

He had simply been playing around with tattoo designs made by artificial intelligence. Both he and Madi reportedly got a good laugh out of it.
