New video shows TikToker Dakota Harper comforting his girlfriend, Felicity Eatmon, during a storm warning weeks before the two were arrested on arson charges.

It was recorded Aug. 16 in the lobby of a Charleston hotel where the couple spent four nights. Sources say a tornado watch had the area on edge.

In the lobby

In the clip, Eatmon kneels in the lobby and wails while Harper looks at his phone. She appears worried about her parents. He walks over and hugs her. After a few kisses she seems to calm down.

Sources say the couple was pleasant during the stay and caused no trouble. Police were never called to the hotel.

The arson case

The pair now face arson counts over a fire police say they set at a vacant house. Investigators say surveillance footage captured Eatmon passing Harper burning paper, which he then put inside the building. A judge recently doubled his bond to $20,000 and added home confinement. The allegations have not been proven in court.
