Dakota Harper says Felicity Eatmon is the reason he keeps ending up in jail
Jailed TikToker Dakota Harper says his ex Felicity Eatmon is a bad influence and he would not be locked up over the arson case if he had kept away.

TikTok personality Dakota Harper is pointing the finger at his former girlfriend for his latest stretch behind bars.
A call from jail
Harper and Felicity Eatmon are both accused of setting fire to an abandoned house. He spoke to Los Angeles Magazine by phone from a jail in West Virginia.
He told the magazine his troubles come down to her and called her "the reason I've been in jail" during the call.
He added that he would be free of trouble if he had simply kept his distance from her.
An earlier record
This is not his first run-in with the law. The magazine reports he was named in a truancy complaint in 2023 for missing school.
This past May he was also charged in a separate case that is still pending. Those counts include misdemeanor unlawful removal of or damage to property plus conspiracy to injure a person or property.
The fire case
The pair were arrested late last month. Authorities allege they set a vacant home ablaze in Charleston. Neither has been convicted.
A judge has since doubled Harper's bond from $10,000 to $20,000.
