DaBaby and his ex DaniLeigh have finally put their court battle over their daughter behind them. The two have settled their dispute over custody and support for 5-year-old Velour.

The 13-page deal

Court documents show the former couple signed a 13-page agreement covering custody and support for Velour Babyleigh Kirk.

Under the deal, DaBaby will pay a monthly amount in child support. The exact figure was not made public.

How the fight started

The legal drama kicked off in 2024 when DaniLeigh filed a paternity case. She said she was Velour's primary caregiver and asked the court to order monthly child support.

DaBaby's side

The rapper pushed back. He said he had a very close bond with Velour and had been deeply involved in her life since she was born.

He asked the court to declare him the legal father. He also asked for child support to be set and for joint custody.

A messy past

DaBaby and DaniLeigh split in 2021 after a very public and messy breakup. Their new agreement appears to close the latest chapter of that saga.
