D4vd's former Hollywood Hills rental drops again with no one jumping to move in
The Hollywood Hills house tied to D4vd's murder case is listed at $18950 a month after falling $5000 from its first ask with the property still empty.

The Hollywood Hills rental linked to D4vd's murder case is still vacant and the landlord has cut the price again.
The four-bedroom home first listed near $23950 a month. After an earlier drop to $21500 it now asks $18950 a $5000 monthly cut from the opening figure with no tenant yet.
Police searched the property in September 2025 soon after Celeste Rivas Hernandez's remains were found in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla. He left the house days later according to reports.
The charging papers claim he brought the 14-year-old to that address in April 2025 after which she vanished. Search teams later pointed to chainsaws possible blood traces and a sliced inflatable pool when the evidence came up at his preliminary hearing.
Private counsel stepped away in August once he became eligible for a public defender. Celeste's relatives filed a wrongful-death suit that September.
In court filings he denies the criminal counts and maintains his innocence.
