Donna Motsinger asks a judge to jail Cosby over ignored money orders
After a $59.25 million civil win Donna Motsinger says Bill Cosby ignored asset disclosures and sanctions and wants a bench warrant if he skips the next hearing.

One of Bill Cosby's civil accusers wants the court to treat his silence on a massive money judgment as contempt and to put him in custody if he keeps ducking orders.
Donna Motsinger's latest papers say the comedian has stonewalled ever since jurors hit him with a $59.25 million bill in her sexual assault lawsuit.
She alleges he has sent nothing toward that award and has brushed off requests for bank records income details and a full asset list.
On October 9 a judge told him to produce those financials and to pay $1560 in sanctions inside 10 days. Motsinger says both deadlines passed with no compliance.
She wants him ordered into court to explain the snub and seeks a bench warrant if he fails to show.
Her ask also covers daily-style penalties of as much as $1000 plus five days in custody per alleged violation and $3284 for her lawyers. If contempt sticks and he still refuses she wants him held until he obeys.
Jurors sided with her in March on claims that he drugged her and assaulted her in 1972. Compensatory damages landed at $19.25 million with $40 million more in punitive damages.
Cosby tried to erase that outcome and force a fresh trial; the trial judge said no in May. An appeal continues. January is the next date on Motsinger's contempt bid.
