Sutton Stracke is shutting down talk that she has a new boyfriend.

In a fresh TV interview the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star addressed the snap of a man pecking her on the cheek that blew up online. "I was there with several people. And you know, it was an innocent cute picture that I had no idea was going to make such an impact," she explained.

Sutton had shared the affectionate photo on her own Instagram which led many fans to assume she was making things official. She now says plainly that he is not her partner — and added, "I'm dating a lot."

Questions about his past

The man in the photo is John C. Kelly. When cameras caught up with Sutton earlier this week she said nothing when asked about him.

According to reports Kelly previously pleaded guilty after three women accused him of secretly filming their sexual encounters in 2011 and 2012. He was said to have received 10 days of community service.
