Sutton Stracke is declining to talk about her new boyfriend's earlier legal trouble after she introduced the relationship in public.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was stopped outside The Henry in West Hollywood on Tuesday and asked about John C. Kelly. Reports say he once entered a guilty plea in a covert recording case involving women he was intimate with. Stracke would not discuss it.

She preferred chatting about the next RHOBH season. She called newcomer Tracy Tutor great when asked how Tutor and fellow newbie Leah Remini are settling in with the cast.

What reports say about Kelly

Reports describe a 2013 arrest after three women accused him of filming them without consent during intimate moments spanning 2011 and 2012. He accepted a plea and was ordered to complete 10 days of community service.

His lawyers said the camera was meant to watch his dog and captured those moments by accident according to the same accounts.

Going public

Stracke recently shared a photo of Kelly kissing her cheek at Aerosmith's benefit concert Sunday at the Hollywood Bowl marking their relationship in public.
