The Suns had been looking all season for a second straight win. Devin Booker finally handed them one.

Booker scored 24 points including seven in a row to break a late tie as Phoenix held off the Houston Rockets 102-99 on Saturday night at Mortgage Matchup Center.

A big lead then a 22-3 run

Booker broke a 95-all tie with a basket with just under four minutes left then hit a 3-pointer that made it 100-95. Another basket with 2:30 remaining pushed the lead to seven. Kevin Durant missed a 3-pointer in the final seconds and Phoenix ran out the clock.

Jalen Green scored 16 points. Miles Bridges had 13 points and 10 rebounds. Dillon Brooks added 11. The Suns also snapped an eight-game losing streak against Houston.

Durant led the Rockets with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Amen Thompson scored 17. VanVleet had 16 and Jabari Smith Jr. and Alperen Sengun each added 15.
