Saints score 34 straight points and hold on to beat the Giants 34-27 to snap a three-game skid
Tyler Shough threw three touchdown passes and ran for another while playing with a broken left hand as New Orleans survived a late J.J. McCarthy rally.

The New Orleans Saints finally got a win. It was not easy.
New Orleans scored 34 straight points and then hung on to beat the New York Giants 34-27 on Sunday in East Rutherford. The win ended a three-game losing streak.
"Wild game," Saints coach Kellen Moore said.
A turnaround before halftime
The Saints trailed 10-0 with 90 seconds left in the first half. Daniel Carlson got them on the board with a 58-yard field goal.
On the kickoff that followed, Isaiah Stalbird laid a big hit on Charlie Jones and knocked the ball loose. Oscar Delp recovered. Tyler Shough then found rookie Bryce Lance for his first NFL touchdown and the game was tied with one second left in the half.
"The whole sequence there was big," Giants coach John Harbaugh said. "We let them back in the game."
Shough plays through the pain
Shough threw touchdown passes to Lance, Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave and ran for another score. Kamara dodged a tackle on his way in less than three minutes into the third quarter to give the Saints the lead for good.
Shough has been playing with two broken bones in his left hand, his non-throwing hand. He went 16 of 30 for 144 yards and ran for 32.
"It hasn't really affected me," Shough said. "It's getting better every single day."
Cornerback Martin Emerson picked off Jameis Winston twice. After the second one early in the fourth quarter fans began heading for the exits.
McCarthy nearly steals it
New York was not done. J.J. McCarthy came off the bench and threw for 243 yards in just over 11 minutes, leading several scoring drives.
The Giants got one last chance in the closing seconds. On fourth-and-1 McCarthy threw to the end zone but it fell incomplete.
"When we are on a team's neck, we have to step on it and finish," Emerson said.
Running back Cam Skattebo did not get a single carry after losing a fumble in overtime of last week's tie at Washington. He played six snaps.
Skattebo said he understood that he was being punished for the fumble.
Harbaugh said it is too early to decide who will start at quarterback next week. Winston went 14 of 26 for 152 yards.
The Giants (3-2-1) visit Houston next Sunday before their bye. The Saints (2-4) face the Pittsburgh Steelers next Sunday in Paris.
