Pitbull admits Jennifer Lopez's surprise AMAs dance move left him a little flustered

Pitbull is finally owning up to a moment from one of his most famous performances. He says a surprise dance move from Jennifer Lopez on live television got him more than a little worked up.

Talking it over in Miami

The rapper known as Mr. Worldwide opened up during a question and answer session at a Latin music industry conference in Miami on Oct. 21.

He took the crowd back to the 2011 American Music Awards, where he and Lopez teamed up on stage for their hit "On the Floor."

The move nobody rehearsed

Partway through the number Lopez backed up and started grinding against him. Pitbull says she never did that during rehearsals and he had no warning it was coming.

He says the unexpected move left him "excited" in front of millions of viewers.

Coming clean years later

Pitbull still made a point of thanking Lopez. He called working with her an honor and joked that she and Shakira now owe him a Super Bowl show in Miami.
