"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Pinky Cole could lose one of her Georgia properties. A mortgage company wants a judge to clear the way.

What the lender says

Selene Finance LP made the request Thursday inside Cole's ongoing bankruptcy case. The company claims she owes more than $164,000 on a three-bedroom, two-bath house in the Atlanta area.

According to the filing, no mortgage payment has come in on the property since December 2025. The servicer wants the judge's permission to use its legal options. One of those could end in foreclosure.

Her lawyer pushes back

Cole owns several homes around Georgia. Her attorney, Jamie Christy, stressed that this one is not where she lives.

"This property is not Pinky's home, but rather, a rental property," Christy said, adding that the house is already covered in her bankruptcy plan.

The lawyer described the lender's move as impulsive and said the motion is being rescheduled. For now, Christy said, Cole is concentrating on fixing her finances and building her business so she can pay for the reorganization plan.

Not her first property fight

This is not the first time a creditor has gone after one of her rentals. She previously battled another lender that tried to take a different investment property.

Busy on TV and in business

Cole joined the cast for season 17 of "RHOA," the show's latest run. She is best known as the founder of Slutty Vegan, the plant-based burger chain that started in Atlanta.
