Natalia Zorina turned one Porsche listing into a managed fleet
Natalia Zorina listed a 2011 Porsche Cayenne on Turo while getting by in Miami. She tells Upflip the company now manages about 100 cars.

Natalia Zorina listed a 2011 Porsche Cayenne on Turo when she was a Ukrainian immigrant trying to cover Miami expenses. It was an experiment beside other income, not a fleet plan.
She did not only add her own cars. She started co-hosting other people's vehicles on the same platform. Banks would not lend. She did not know the mechanical side and learned it on the cars she had.
She says the company now manages about 100 luxury cars with more than 600 five-star reviews. Months run around $250,000. The episode treats that as her account of a model that shares other owners' cars.
One listing
On Upflip she walks through the first Cayenne and the co-hosting idea that let the count grow without her buying every car. The roadblocks get as much time as the revenue.
The monthly figure is hers. The start was one used Porsche and a listing.
