Miami gym influencer jailed after police say he shot at an Uber Eats courier
Police say Khuslen Saruultuya fired at an Uber Eats driver who had chatted with a woman at a Miami apartment complex. He also faces drug trafficking counts.

Miami-Dade police have arrested a fitness personality who they say opened fire on an Uber Eats driver and struck him with a pistol after the driver showed interest in a woman.
Who was arrested
Khuslen Saruultuya posts workout content as Khuslen Khan and has close to 18,000 followers on Instagram. He went before a Miami-Dade judge on Tuesday on a count of attempted felony murder along with separate drug charges.
The encounter police describe
Miami station WSVN reviewed the arrest report. It says the driver dropped off a food order at an apartment complex early Monday and talked for a moment with a woman near the front lobby.
Police say he drove off and later came back in the hope of getting her number.
That is when Saruultuya allegedly rolled up in a gray Corvette, aimed a handgun at the driver and told him to get down on the pavement. Investigators say a bullet grazed the driver's backside. They also accuse Saruultuya of hitting him on the back of the head with the weapon and threatening his life.
According to police the woman tried to step in. They say Saruultuya kept the gun trained on the driver as he pursued him in circles around the sports car. The driver eventually broke away and took himself to a hospital for treatment.
Drugs and cash at his home
Officers say a search of Saruultuya's home turned up suspected cocaine and MDMA. Investigators also list ketamine, marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms plus several hundred prescription pills. Police took more than $11,000 in cash that they tie to drug dealing.
At the hearing the judge read out the drug counts. They include trafficking cocaine and ecstasy as well as possessing Adderall with intent to sell.
Earlier reports say Saruultuya was also arrested on drug trafficking charges in 2023. A hearing on whether he can be released on bail was reportedly set for Wednesday. None of the allegations have been proven in court.
