The daughter of reality star Mama June shared a photo slideshow on TikTok announcing that boyfriend Darrin Kitchens proposed on a rooftop. She says she is still over the moon.
A planned surprise
People close to the couple say Kitchens booked a whole restaurant rooftop in Atlanta for the Wednesday night proposal. Her younger sister, Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, watched it happen with her own boyfriend, Dralin Carswell.
Cameras from the family's WE tv reality series were rolling. The proposal is expected to air on the show's upcoming season.
Two years together
In her post Pumpkin called their roughly two-year relationship a wild ride full of good memories and a few disagreements. She wrote that the way he loves and backs her and her kids sets this relationship apart from any before it.
She signed off as the future Mrs. Kitchens.
