NFL wipes out Kyle Juszczyk's fine after he says his "beer chug" was a juice box
The 49ers fullback won his appeal of a nearly $15,000 penalty for a touchdown celebration. Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson's fine was also erased.

Kyle Juszczyk is getting his money back.
The San Francisco 49ers fullback, nicknamed "The Juice," successfully appealed the $14,926 fine the NFL handed him for a touchdown celebration in a Week 2 game against Miami. The league thought he was pretending to chug a beer. Juszczyk insisted he was sipping from a juice box.
The argument that worked
Juszczyk pointed out that he even had the word "juice" and a juice box on his pads that day and he noted that the league advertises beer during broadcasts. The appeals officer agreed and canceled the fine entirely.
Good news for others too
Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson also had a $13,611 fine thrown out after arguing his celebration was a Gatorade routine, not a beer shotgun. Juszczyk also saw a separate fine for a hit reduced by $4,000, according to reports.
