Kawhi Leonard finishes knee treatment and starts working his way back for the Raptors
Kawhi Leonard has finished treatment on his swollen left knee and started his return-to-play process. Toronto will update his status in one week.

Kawhi Leonard is on the road back.
The Toronto Raptors said Tuesday that Leonard has completed a treatment for swelling in his left knee. He is now starting the team's "return to play process."
Toronto plans to give another update in one week. That means the earliest Leonard could play again is Nov. 11 against the Boston Celtics.
Just two games so far
Leonard, 35, has played in only two regular-season games for the Raptors this season.
He was good when he was out there. He is averaging 19.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals.
An MRI last month showed no structural damage in the knee. His past knee problems have been on his right side. He has had multiple surgeries on that knee for his meniscus and ACL.
Back where it all started
This is Leonard's second stint in Toronto. The Raptors traded for him this offseason after six seasons with the LA Clippers ended under a cloud of scandal.
He then signed a two-year, $115 million contract extension with Toronto.
Raptors fans have not forgotten his first stay. He led the franchise to its only NBA championship in 2019 before leaving for the Clippers in free agency.
