Joe Burrow throws five touchdowns then runs one in himself in overtime as Bengals rally past Titans 43-36
Joe Burrow threw for 462 yards and five touchdowns then scored on a 9-yard run in overtime as the Bengals beat the Titans 43-36 to improve to 5-2.

Before Joe Burrow took the field with the Cincinnati Bengals down a touchdown late on Sunday, defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence gave him a simple message.
"I looked at him and told him he was legendary and go be legendary," Lawrence said.
Burrow listened. He hit Tee Higgins for an 18-yard touchdown with 1:17 left to tie the game at 36. Then he ran untouched into the end zone from 9 yards out in overtime as the Bengals beat the Tennessee Titans 43-36.
A day not seen since 1951
Burrow completed 33 of 48 passes for 462 yards and five touchdowns. It was his second 400-yard game this season and the ninth of his career.
He also threw three interceptions. Burrow joins Hall of Famer Norm Van Brocklin as the only quarterbacks to throw for at least 450 yards with five touchdowns while running for a score and throwing more than one pick. Van Brocklin did it in 1951.
"It was certainly a stressful day. Lots of emotions on the sidelines," Burrow said. "We finished the game with three touchdown drives and were able to put it away."
He was also honest about the mistakes. "We had four turnovers. It's hard to win that way. Today we did, but you can't make a living like that," he said.
Higgins and Chase both top 100
Higgins caught 10 passes for 155 yards and two touchdowns. Ja'Marr Chase had 11 catches for 141 yards and a score.
The Bengals are 5-2 for the first time since 2021. They also came back from a 13-point first-half hole for the second week in a row.
Titans push the favorites
Tennessee came in as a 13 1/2-point underdog and jumped out to a 13-0 lead. Cam Ward threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns in the first 300-yard game of his career. Tony Pollard ran for 117 yards and two scores.
Titans safety Amari Hooker picked off Burrow three times. He is the first NFL player with three interceptions in a game since 2023.
"They fought their (butts) off," Titans coach Robert Saleh said of his team, which fell to 1-7.
The Bengals face the Atlanta Falcons in Madrid next Sunday.
